Pizarras La Baña S.A. was born on May 9, 1984 in La Baña (León), with Antonio Amable Martínez as founder, a family business dedicated to the production and marketing of natural slate.

It has grown progressively to become a benchmark in the world market. Exporting to countries like Britain, France or Germany, and even encouraging new expansions to markets as demanding as the US. or Canada, now in the hands of his wife and founding partner Catalina Gonzalez Carbajo.
