IBERIAN SUSTAINABLE MINING CLUSTER, hereinafter ISMC CLUSTER, complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data, the European Data Protection Regulation and current regulations. It also ensures the correct use and treatment of the user’s personal data. To this purpose, together with each personal data collection form, in any services that the user may request from ISMC CLUSTER, we will inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the conditions in which his/her data will be processed in each case, informing him/her of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the data collection and the communication of this data to third parties where appropriate.

Likewise, the ISMC CLUSTER informs that we comply with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and will request your express consent to the processing of your email for commercial purposes, use of cookies and the activity file at any time. The provider on his/her own or the third party hired for the provision of analytics services, may use cookies when a user browses the website. Cookies are files sent to the browser through a web server in order to record the user’s activities during their browsing time. The cookies used by the website are only associated with an anonymous user and his/her computer, and do not provide the user’s personal data. PRIVACY OF UNDER-AGE USERS

Following the instructions of the AEPD, children under 14 must not transfer their personal data to the ISMC CLUSTER without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. With the publication of the RGPD, the determination of the age to consent to the transfer of personal data between 13 and 16 years is foreseen, an issue that is currently to be defined.

In the event that the ISMC CLUSTER detects users on the web that could be under 14, it reserves the right to request a copy of their ID, or, where appropriate, the authorization of their parents or guardians, causing their withdrawal in case they fail to prove compliance with this requirement or there is a lack of response.

ARCO RIGHTS

If you do not wish to receive communications by email, you can exercise your right of cancellation and opposition by requesting your cancellation also by ordinary or electronic mail, in addition to the link you will have in each email that you receive from ISMC CLUSTER.

DATA TRANSFER:

ISMC CLUSTER informs web users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties or organizations except when the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of the service implies the need for a contractual relationship with suppliers of data processing services. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only be carried out when the ISMC CLUSTER has the express consent of the user and maintains a contractual relationship with the person in charge of the data processing that guarantees confidentiality and compliance.
